Is there really no contract?
Really. Tapid is month to month. Cancel from your dashboard any time and you won't be billed again.
What happens after the free month?
Billing starts at the plan rate you chose: from €39.99 per location on Launch, €49.99 on Booster, or €79.99 on Orbit. Cancel before the month is up and you pay nothing at all.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings in the dashboard. Changes apply on your next billing cycle.
What counts as a location?
One physical venue. If you run two cafés, that's two locations. Running several? Get in touch and we'll sort something sensible.
Do my customers ever pay?
Never. Tapid is free for customers, always. You fund the rewards you choose to offer, and that's it.
